New Richmond Veterinary Clinic Staff

Meet the amazing veterinary team at New Richmond Veterinary Clinic below!
A team of dedicated & passionate animal lovers.

DaKota Tilleraas, DVM
DaKota has a special interest in reproduction, internal medicine and ultrasound. She enjoys working with animals as well as their owners. When she is not at the clinic Dr. Tilleraas enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her Labrador Retriever Rhett and Doberman Sawyer, as well as spending time with her nieces and nephew.

Amy Siltberg, DVM
Dr. Amy Siltberg grew up in a small ranching community in the high desert of Prineville, Oregon. She was raised around dogs, cats, and horses from childhood and was very active in 4-H, FFA, high school, and collegiate equestrian teams with her Quarter Horse, Scooter. This helped Amy foster a love of animals and sparked an interest in veterinary medicine from an early age. Amy obtained a degree in animal science with a concentration in equine science at Montana State University before enrolling and graduating from Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
Amy has a special interest in dentistry, surgery, pain management, nutrition, and client education. She hopes to pursue further education and certification in veterinary acupuncture and laser therapy in the future.
When not at the clinic, Dr. Siltberg enjoys spending time outdoors, riding horses, reading, sewing, playing music, and spending time with her husband, Jake.

In her free time, Ava enjoys playing volleyball, watching sports, spending time at the lake, and relaxing with friends.

Melissa, Veterinary Assistant
Melissa grew up in the Chicagoland area, where her passion for animals began through riding and training horses. At 19, she started her veterinary career at Woodstock Veterinary Clinic, working with specialists in exotics, internal medicine, and orthopedics for 12 years. After a break to raise her four daughters and earn a business degree, Melissa and her family moved to Wisconsin in 2023. She actively rescues horses from slaughter auctions and cares for her own herd of animals, including five horses, two goats, 16 chickens, five cats, and three dogs.
A dedicated member of the U.S. Eventing Association (USEA), Mid-America Eventing Association (MAEA), and U.S. Equestrian Federation (USEF), Melissa competes in events nationwide.
