We proudly serve the pets of New Richmond, WI, and beyond.

At New Richmond Veterinary Clinic, we get a ton of interesting questions from pet parents. Below are some common FAQs that might help answer any questions or concerns. Please feel free to call us at 715-246-4800 for any other concerns you might have about your pet.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am through 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am through 12:00 pm. Availability of appointments varies between the listed times, please call to find out our appointment schedule.

What type of pets do you see?

We only see dogs and cats at this time.

Do you guys offer boarding/ grooming services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer boarding/ grooming services at this time. We may offer these services to our current patients in rare circumstances only if there is a medical necessity, call us for more information.

We currently accept cash, all major credit cards, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. Please see our payment options page for more details.

Rabies Vaccination Policy

At our clinic, the safety of our patients, clients, and team members is our top priority. In compliance with Wisconsin state law, we require that all patients have up-to-date rabies vaccinations.

If proof of a current rabies vaccination cannot be provided at the time of the visit, we will administer a 1-year rabies vaccine at the owner’s expense.

This policy is in place to help ensure a safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
